“I found them on Thumbtack, and shortly after I submitted my request, Vlad gave me a call. He came out right away to take a look, provided a quote, and quickly got us on the schedule. The whole process was smooth and very responsive.
I was expecting a lot of dust from the sanding, but I was honestly amazed—when we came back for the final walkthrough, there was absolutely no dust. I even wiped the surfaces with a paper towel, and it came back completely clean!
Our floors used to have many visible gaps, but now they look seamless. The results turned out even better than we expected. The two brothers worked efficiently and paid great attention to detail. Another big plus—there was no strong smell from the finish, which we really appreciated.

I would!!! These brothers Vlad and Silviu are 100% THE BEST!!! They are based out of Charlotte, NC and drove 2.5hours to Sanford for a simple buff and polish floor job on 15yr old Brazilian Cherry hardwood. But they soon discovered they would need to strip and sand the floors, so they spent the night in local hotel just to save drivetime and get the job done right!
After day 2 they made the floors appear brand new and ready for poly! They are both true magicians and HIGHLY SKILLED in their trade! Silviu is a true artist applying the poly and tinting the stain to match your cabinets! Their attention to detail is UNMATCHED!!!
The floors came out better than expected and returned to its beautiful high gloss shine!

After receiving 3 quotes from other companies, I selected Providence Hardwood Flooring and couldn’t be happier. Vlad and his brother were professional and personable at every step of the process. They are true craftsmen. While conducting the initial site inspection, Vlad uncovered the original pine flooring in the kitchen that was previously unknown to me. They even installed the shoe molding which saved me time and hassle for. Highly recommended!!!
